Payment method
We kindly ask our guests to pay in cash on site. This simplifies processing, as the connection between the card terminal and our main base or meeting point can sometimes be limited. Thank you for your understanding!

Tour Times
The specified tour times are approximate. Depending on group size, weather, or organizational conditions, starting times may vary slightly. We kindly ask for punctuality and some flexibility – feel free to contact us in advance if needed.

Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

Tours booked online can be canceled as follows:

– Between 96 and 72 hours prior to tour start: refund minus applicable cancellation fees.
– Less than 72 hours before the start of the tour: no refund possible.
– For cancellations at short notice (<24 hours) or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge for the tour in full.
– In exceptional cases – e.g. on presentation of a medical certificate, in the event of the death of a close relative or for a valid reason – it is also possible to cancel at short notice without incurring any costs.

Additional Conditions

• Your reservation becomes binding upon registration.
• For safety reasons, a tour may be cancelled. In such case, payments will be fully refunded.
• Please inform your Club Activ guide if you have limited swimming ability or health issues.
• White-water activities and canyoning are not suitable during pregnancy.
• We do not assume liability for valuables, contact lenses, or glasses.
• Routes and prices are subject to change.
• Minimum age requirements apply as specified per tour.
• A Club Activ voucher is valid for 2 years.
• Accident insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
• Jurisdiction is Bozen/Bolzano.
• In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge for incurred costs.
• Participants under the influence of medication, alcohol or drugs will be excluded from the tour.
• All activities within our tours are voluntary. Each participant acts on their own responsibility.
• These Terms and Conditions become effective automatically upon booking or participation in a tour.

Safety instructions

• Participants must be in good physical condition.
• During the tours, instructions from the guides must be followed.
• Our guests are informed of risks and dangers before the tour.
• Participation is at your own risk.

Personal responsibility & safety measures

Before each tour, Rafting Club Activ guides conduct a safety briefing with every participant. They assess the participant’s physical and mental condition. If you experience health problems or injuries during the activity, you must inform the guides immediately. Important: If you leave the tour without notifying us about any health issue, we do not accept any liability for damages or complaints that may occur afterwards.
